Dawn's knowledge on current market values was on target. Her assistance in moving along the sale was done quickly and professional. She pointed out areas that should be improved to facilitate sale and smoothly helped the transition of information from the buyer and seller very quickly. Highest point of recommendation is I would use her again if I were selling.
