She was great at communicating back very promptly whenever we had questions or saw a home we wanted to see right away. She new the market and gave us great advice. Coming from out of state and not knowing the area at all she spent time showing us the different towns and what they had to offer. She took time to get to know us, so that she could help us find exactly what we were looking for and in a town that we would be happy in. She made the process enjoyable. Dawn gets it done and done fast!! Upon first meeting Dawn I was unimpressed but she quickly changed my perspective with her on-the-ball attitude. Dawns communication was prompt and detailed. She went above and beyond to make sure my closing date did not get extended as my buyers lender suggested. She met with my HOA manager in person to help him complete a condo questionnaire that was required by my buyers lender to secure their mortgage commitment. A task that should have been done by their realtor but was nowhere to be found. I would highly recommend Dawn with full confidence to anyone who is buying or selling.
