This was the second house Dawn helped up buy in the last 3 years in a very competitive market, it wouldn’t have happened without her. The house was a new build, and we were able to buy it due to her relationship with the builder. She really earned her commission because was a complex transaction that took 9 months. There was a lot of work around finishes, upgrades, and timelines and she closely managed it throughout the transaction. She has done new builds before, so she knew the ins and outs to make it a smooth and rewarding process. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new home and Dawn’s efforts to make it happen. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dawn Potts was excellent. We let Dawn know that we were interested in buying a home and she set up a time to meet with us that worked with our schedule even though it was a weekend. She immediately set up showings and went with us out of town to view the homes. The house that we purchased was not finished so we had some specific instructions that we wanted to include with the house and Dawn made it extremely easy to get that set up with the builder. Not only did she get it all set up she followed through and made sure that it happened without us having to check on it at all. We’ve lived in our house for a couple of weeks now and our fence is not finished but Dawn is constantly making sure that everything is still getting complete even though the purchase has already happened. We highly recommend Dawn for anybody that is interested in buying a house as she is not only interested in the sale but also your ultimate happiness in the home. She will not give up until she finds the perfect fit for your family. She truly does go over and beyond to make house buying as painless as possible and even pretty fun.
