We were so blessed to have Dawn's personal support and expertise throughout the entire process.
Dawn handled an extremely difficult situation for us in the sale of the Las Vegas house that we had inherited from our son’s estate. Because the house was still in probate and under contract with a property management company, Dawn had to deal with both our lawyer and the management company. In addition, the previous renter had to be evicted and had trashed some of the house before moving out, so there were repairs that had to be coordinated with the management company.
