Dawn helped me find my first home with such patience, grace and care. She had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. No matter what home I sent her, no matter what time I sent the listing, she would always answer honesty and in a timely manner. As a single mom to two young kids, I needed a realtor who saw what was most important to me. Which was a house that didn’t need much work done, that had a strong foundation, along with a ton of potential. Within 24 hours of me finding my now home, Dawn had a showing scheduled and my offer accepted. I would give this wonderful woman 1,000,000 stars if I could!
