Dawn was very open to any communication and never will make you feel like a bother. If you don’t know something or need help, Dawn will go out of her way to help you understand and knows all the right people to help you find the information you need. Dawn will always advocate for you through the entire process and will even go out of her way to be there for you. We truly do not know what we have done without such an amazing agent on our side. Even when things didn’t go as smoothly as we’d hoped with outside factors, Dawn handled each and every situation with professionalism and was able to negotiate deals that made it possible for things to happen timely.
