Dawn Moran provided the absolute best experience for our home search. We jumped into our search at the start of a very competitive spring market and after being outbid (and discouraged) on many properties, Dawn kept our spirits up by telling us there was so much more for us to see. We had to pause our search in the summer due to circumstances beyond our control, but when we were able to resume in August, Dawn was back by our side. We found a home, had our offer accepted at asking and we closed in mid October. Dawn's professionalism, knowledge, care and compassion made our experience special. We were not just a number, we were friends who she wanted to make sure were happy with our experience. Even after closing where we discovered a fairly large issue with the home, Dawn is still by our side, trying to assist however she is able.
