House Sold FAST

I highly recommend having Dawn Moran sell your house. We put my parents house up for sale and it was sold the next day. That was extremely fast for being in the city!! She even handled the buyers agent and lawyer with extreme courtesy while they yelled about things that went bad on our end (3 properties combine into one). Dawn is very professional and is very serious about her job. She goes well above expectations.
