Dawn really puts her heart and soul into finding the right place for you. She won't accept any rating lower than a 10! If you don't think the property is a 10 then move on and keep looking. When people think they can just buy and sell them selves they don't realize all the leg work that goes into promoting, showing, open houses etc. We are inconvenienced for 1 week (which BTW in the worst week of your life at the time, lol) We found our forever home and received 38 offers on our current home and that made all worth it in the end! Dawn was amazing throughout my entire home buying experience. Being a first time homebuyer I wasn’t entirely sure what the process entailed, but Dawn walked me through every step and made sure I was putting my money into the home I saw myself in.
