Dawn is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Business Management. Dawn is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie and is a member of the Re/max Hall of Fame and 100% club for multiple years.
Before getting into real estate, Dawn had a prior career in the service Industry. She owned and operated her own gymnastics center for 8 years. She always wanted to help children at a significate point in their lives where they needed guidance and direction. When looking for another career, real estate seemed like the perfect fit in which she could continue to help and guide people. A real estate career was a good choice based on her empathy and patience.
For her sellers, she emphasizes the right price at market value to ensure a speedy and smooth transaction and includes the proper marketing to reach the widest possible number of buyers.
For her buyers, buying a home is more than just purchasing a property. It is making sure they are in the home of their dreams in a community with good appreciation, public services and great schools.
Dawn feels it is essential that a real estate broker needs to be empathic and patient while treading through the unknown and always changing waters of the real estate process and to ensure not only satisfaction but some fun humor too!
