After obtaining her Masters in Business Administration from Babson College Jess left the marketing and consulting world in hopes of finding a career that made her feel like her day-to-day work truly mattered. She has found that in real estate and prides herself on how well she listens to her clients, offering both support and creative solutions throughout the purchase or selling process to get to the desired outcome. When she’s not working hard for her clients, Jess enjoys paddle boarding on the lake, hiking with her son and having fun at CrossFit Casco Bay. JoAnn holds her Broker license and is someone everyone wants on their side during a negotiation. She is known for her problem-solving skills and commitment to her clients’ goals and needs. After starting her career in the banking industry, she quickly became the CEO of New Auburn Federal Credit Union. JoAnn utilizes this experience to guide her clients through the purchase process as well as make strong financial decisions as it relates to real estate. Dawn Marston has been helping people buy and sell homes for 38 years. Since 1989 she has always shown diligence and integrity in her work with the public. Dawn is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Business Management. Dawn is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie and is a member of the Re/max Hall of Fame and 100% club for multiple years. Before getting into real estate, Dawn had a prior career in the service Industry. She owned and operated her own gymnastics center for 8 years. She always wanted to help children at a significate point in their lives where they needed guidance and direction. When looking for another career, real estate seemed like the perfect fit in which she could continue to help and guide people. A real estate career was a good choice based on her empathy and patience. For her sellers, she emphasizes the right price at market value to ensure a speedy and smooth transaction and includes the proper marketing to reach the widest possible number of buyers. Alex is originally from South Dakota but relocated to Maine in 2007 to join Maine Medical Center as a pharmacist, specializing in cancer care. His interest in real estate also started in 2007 when he purchased his first home in the Rosemont area of Portland, and his interest has turned to passion since 2014 when he purchased his first rental property. Alex continues to invest in real estate in Southern Maine and works with new and seasoned investors as well as homebuyers and homeowners to locate and sell properties. Alex utilizes his skills as a pharmacist--such as trust, compassion, and attention to detail--to help his clients in the home buying and selling process. He particularly enjoys helping people relocating to Maine find great properties like he was able to when he first moved here. He now lives in the North Deering neighborhood of Portland with his two children, Esther and George, and wife Sarah. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling, spending time with his family, and exploring the craft beer scene in Southern Maine. She was preparing properties alongside her parents from an early age, and was exposed to the processes of building, buying and selling properties throughout her childhood. A native of Windham, a Sugarloafer, and a resident of Portland, Cassie is very familiar with Southern Maine, the Lakes Region, and beyond. Cassie attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA where she played soccer. Shortly after she graduated, Cassie moved to Manhattan to work in advertising for a TV Network.
