About Dawn

The islands have been my home for more than four decades. A lifestyle here with all its activities, history and postcard-like natural landscape inspires me to share with kama‘aina (residents) and relocating clients in a way that their real estate decisions lead to a fulfilling future. I love the sea for all it offers us, especially its restorative benefits, so it is natural that I specialize in O'ahu's oceanside neighborhoods, whether an oceanfront, ocean view condo or home. You can rely on me for counsel and resources on flood zones, shoreline certification and/or understanding beachfront building setbacks, condo living and more. Along the way you may hear mo‘olelo (stories) of Hawaiian history and culture relevant to our land and its people. You will find me to be meticulous, focused and insightful, dedicated to exceptional care of clients and colleagues alike. My first career as a spa therapist took me across Europe for my secondary education in advanced wellness principles of Esthetics, Aromatherapy, Thallassotherapy, Balneotherapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, nutrition. Those rewarded me with 25 years of empowering clients and employees of my day spa to look good, feel great, to be more and do more. Today I integrate that same discretion and nurturing spirit as a Realtor® Broker with Hawai'i Life, advising my clients on home ownership and investment. For me real estate is about people first. My drive to fulfill a client's dreams and plans begins with listening to goals, then partnering to do whatever it takes to achieve them. Sellers benefit from my effective marketing and strong Broker relationships to attract the best real Buyer who will successfully close; my reputation for design services adding style and curb appeal contribute to a swift sale at top dollar. As an active member of the Rotary Club of Honolulu I focus my time, travel and treasure on eradicating houselessness, especially in at-risk youth, plus childhood literacy and the arts in our local and global communities. I also support our Hawai‘i Life Charitable Fund by gifting a portion of my revenue on every transaction to annual grants for statewide non-profit organizations serving our citizens and environment. My passion for architecture, art, travel and my friends makes for a joyful island life!
