Dawn helped me to lease my condo during a rough market and then after lease expiration, we listed it and she sold it in 3 weeks. With the current condo market, increases in interest rates and insurance, she basically accomplished the impossible in record time. Through this whole process, she walked me through every step with excellent information, grace and a lot of laughter.

Thank you so much for your beautiful words! ❤️ It was truly a pleasure helping you through both the leasing and sale of your condo. We certainly navigated a challenging market, but the laughter along the way made it even more memorable! I am so grateful for your trust and confidence in me. Congratulations on a successful sale and your next chapter! Most of all, I cherish the friendship we've developed and look forward to many more years of friendship and laughter! 🥰
