Our family had a difficult situation with the sale of our deceased mother’s condominium. It was co-owned by her partner who had cut off her children from visiting her or seeing her in her final days. Dawn was instrumental in dealing with that partner and went out of her way to help us retrieve some personal items and dispose of unwanted possessions.
