Dawn helped the reviewer sell this property

The Best Agent!

We contacted Dawn knowing that Crystal Lake wasn't an area in which she usually sold houses. However, she did her homework/research utilizing her network and made our home sale process as smooth as possible. Dawn communicated with us along the way. I never had to call and ask about a status on anything because she kept us so well informed. She also offered feedback that helped us make informed decisions along the way. If we need a realtor ever again, we will be calling Dawn. We recommend her to all our friends and family.
