Dawn Detelich is one-stop shopping in handling real estate. She is on top of things fabulously from start to finish. She is cheery, kind, fun, and sharp as the proverbial tack! Nothing goes unattended. She is a great pricer and negotiator based on a clear knowlege of the current market. She is honest about what needs to be done to list a house and even provides an outstanding staging team which performs amazingly. She is high energy throughout the process. Honestly, I couldn't have done it without her. It can be totally overwhelming to sell a home but she is with you every step of the way.

Dawn was a wonderful asset in the sale of my Dads condo while we were out of state!! She has great knowledge of the area, great staging advise and had great contacts with reasonable contractors in the area for some needed repairs.
