Dawn was invaluable as our realtor as my wife and I were house hunting from out of state, looking to buy in a crazy market. Dawn worked so hard for us and not once did we detect any annoyance or regret for accepting us as clients. Actually, we felt like we were Dawn’s only clients and often had to remind ourselves that we weren’t. From numerous house visits to managing well and septic issues, along with everything else on the back end, I can’t imagine anyone else being able to go above or beyond what Dawn did. Dawn was very patient with my wife and I as first time homebuyers. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything from market trends, home value, home repairs, closing negotiations, contract interpretation, etc. She also really pulled through for us during settlement when the sellers listed their house wrong which screwed up our interest rate that we had locked in. She fought hard to get the sellers to cover the buy down fee so we could stay at our rate due to their mistake. Dawn really saved us there!

We worked with Dawn to both buy a single family home and sell the condo we owned. She was excellent on both transactions. As the selling agent, she walked us through the whole process, helped us get the condo ready for showings, hosted several open houses and ultimately got us a cash offer! As the buyer’s agent, she helped us find houses that met our needs, took us to 10+ houses, showed us what to look for, and answered our MANY questions (sometimes multiple times!) She was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the many month process. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area!

When looking for a realtor my partner and I reviewed as many as we could find. After a brief conversation with Dawn we both knew we'd found the right person. Dawn never tried to tell us what we wanted (and that changed several times.) Instead she took the time to get to know us and what the key things we had to have. From there she guided and educated us on several things neither of us were aware of. We must have dragged her to visit at least 20 homes in a short period of time. She didn't waiver at all from the person we first spoke to on the phone. Every place we went we'd find her with a smile on her face ready to point out the good and bad honestly. During our process we changed our mind on certain items regularly and she was in lock step with us through the entire process. Clearly explaining the pro's and con's. It's very rare to find someone with Dawn's work ethic. She made the process enjoyable and easy. Ultimately she helped us to find a home we love. Dawn is the one person I'd recommend to anyone I knew was looking for a home.
