Selling and buying a house at the same time is so stressful! Dawn was dependable and professional. When I was super stressed out she was always calm and the voice of reason. When my septic failed inspection she took the bull by the horns and took care of quotes and dealing with the septic company for me. I would recommend her to anyone!
