I have talked to several realtors I decided on dawn because when she came to discuss the property she had done a search and presented a well certificate to discuss. This told me that she did a little bit more investigation on the property than other agents. During the sale several difficulties had arise and we were able to create a team approach. During times I was working she was able to do some tasks, I was able to take over others; This made the tasks more achievable and save time. Overall the experience was easier and not overwhelming.

Dawn is patient, kind, and works above and beyond for her clients. She knows the mountain communities really well and understands market values as well as the things to look for when buying off-grid or in a community (unlike the city) with septic and wells and quirky mountain living. Her communication style is what sets her a part from everyone else. She is calm, cool, and collected (which was a blessing for some of our more difficult moments with a new build). At all times, she was an advocate for us and was continuously looking out for our well being (including our emotional health as we were making huge life decisions). We could not have done this without her. In the end, it felt incredible to have such a smart and kind champion at our side.
