Having dealt with realtors on other occasions, I wasn't sure how a realtor with so little experience would compare. As it turned out, Dawn was the best realtor we have ever dealt with. She kept us apprised of everything. Answered every call to her answering service within minutes seven days a week. If ever we are in need of a realtor to sell or buy property, there is only one call we will make. She is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and very impressive not only as a realtor but as a person. In my opinion, five stars are not enough for her.
