We found Dawn Hadley by doing a Google search when looking for a realtor who served the south shore area. Her excellent reviews caught our attention. We were moving to Massachusetts from out of state and did not know much about the area. Dawn was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, incredibly hardworking and amazing in her interactions with our two children (ages 2 and 4). Dawn was truly incredible. I was selling a legacy family home that was so sentimental and had also become a huge financial burden. She navigated the rough waters of selling with a tenant in place and a home that was not in the best of condition. She found the buyer we needed and stopped at nothing to make the sale happen quickly and effectively. Her and Kelly Barden made a total dream team and I'm so grateful for them both. Honestly I’ve always been weary of realtors. In a business where participants work on commission it’s quite difficult to determine who is honest and trustworthy. I’m happy to say that Dawn is exactly that. The minute you meet her you will understand. She is full of fun and happy energy that’s contagious. She treated my wife and I as though we were her own family, not to win our trust but instead to genuinely navigate us through such a difficult market. The reason I chose to stick with Dawn throughout our long journey to our “forever home” is because everything she stated always revealed itself as true. We contacted Dawn on a cold-call basis in her capacity as the listing agent for a home in which we had potential interest.
