Dawn was great. She helped us purchase a house, sight-unseen, which is pretty stressful. She was super communicative and helpful, with great knowledge of the local area and great contacts with the home inspector and financial services folks! I will definitely work with her again an encourage others to do the same! Especially with COVID travel restrictions and shopping/buying remotely, I cant say enough about how well she video taped everything and answered all of our questions. I always felt that she was giving her honest assessment of the home, good and bad, not just trying to close a deal - that meant a lot to me.
