Last year I did research on the Kissimmee real estate market and located several realtors serving that area. After talking with several realtors including Dawn Grigsby, she was selected to market two Florida lots that had been willed to my wife’s family due to their parents unforeseen passing. Wow, we were happy! The two properties were purchased in the 60s. Over those many years, several times they were marketed by other agents but never sold. Dawn and her office manager, Laurie Sheaffer, made the remote closing process a piece of cake! They both are great communicators and kept us informed on every step along the way about the remote, electronic closing. Throughout the entire process, they were kind and respectful.
