Dawn Fernandes’ dedication and commitment to her clients are second to none! Dawn has been a friend of mine for over 20 years. Over the years I would continually see Dawn’s hard work and commitment to her job and her clients. There was no doubt to me that she would be the perfect real estate agent to sell my parent’s home. This was a home my parents loved dearly. They had the house custom built almost 30 years ago and they kept it in great condition over the years. This home was most of their Florida life and there are lots of fond memories there. Dawn knew this would be very emotional for my parents. My father was a bit hesitant because he had wanted an agent from the immediate area and not 45 minutes away. He lost and In came Dawn Fernandes!! Prior to meeting my parents for the first time, she already knew everything there was to know about their home, their neighborhood, etc. She provided my parents with a portfolio of the data and information. She had a home tour and she was able to give my parents a number of what the house will sell at if they listen to her and do as she requests. Keep in mind, this number far exceeded any expectations my parents had. Although Dawn lived 45 minutes away, she communicated regularly with my parents. She visited often and guided them every step of the way. This transition was very difficult and emotional for my parents. Dawn was continually there for them, not just as a real estate agent, but as someone my parents now consider a friend as well. Everything with the sale of the house went exactly how Dawn predicted. From the sale price, to the time on market, the contracting, etc. I knew I was sending my parents the best, however the best doesn’t begin to describe the amazing job by Dawn from start to finish!
