Dawn is so incredibly knowledgable about all the things you need to know when walking into the Tampa Bay Area market, and just purchasing a home in general. She is very honest and straight forward, which some appreciate and some don’t, but it’s VITAL when working in this market. I could not have had the insight, knowledge, or facts to navigate this market without her. She stuck with me even when I was probably the most annoying client and was going back and forth on what I wanted and I will forever be grateful for her not firing me as her client during that time. Seriously. It took me some time to regroup during the worst market surge I’ve ever seen where we were making offers all over and getting nothing due to how many people were home shopping and the number of cash deals going on at the time.
