Dawn was immensely connected to our needs. She worked diligently to make sure we had the best information available to base our decisions on, and very hesitated to bring up potential pitfalls that she wanted to make sure we avoided. She personalized her approach, and took feedback with humility so that she could ensure she was serving us in the way we needed to be served. She was a beautiful blend of professionalism and personable, making every interaction with her educational, and fun.
