Dawn was on top of things with the property having a private roadway and an HOA agreement that covered the exterior of the home. The buyer had some special requests and Dawn's method of replying to and resolving these issues was top-notch! Dawn's recommendations for the services needed to close out the buyer request worked out very well. With me being remote for the closing Dawn and her teammate Julie went beyond expectations for the level of customer service! We would highly recommend Dawn for anyone needing to buy or sell their home.

Hi, I just sold my hose with Dawn's help. sold it pretty quick, thanks to Dawn's help, and she made the process pretty simple and stress-free. She and her team are super responsive and will walk you through any questions throughout the selling process.

I have always had the best experience working with Dawn. She is so knowledgeable, listens to what you need, gives great advice and cares! Super responsive as well! Highly recommend her and we will definitely use her again.

This was my first time selling a home and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Dawn was very professional and timely with every part of the process.
