Dawn helped us sell our deceased mother's home. No other family live in the area so Dawn went above and beyond to cover all the bases to ensure everything was ready to show and sell. From lawn care, to the HOA, to working with our probate lawyer and everything in between. She provided advice on how to price the home to help get offers quick, then provided requested input when it came to receiving the offer and counter offering so we wouldn't be left holding the bag if the buyer pulled out. She removed all the stress from the whole situation and got the house sold quick and easy. If we ever move to the DSM metro area, she will be the first realtor we call to help us find a home.
