We took on the very daunting task of selling a house in one state, while buying a house in another. Dawn made our home buying experience very easy on us. She was always available to take our calls, and walked us through every step of the process. We needed to find a new home in Florida in a very short period of time that met all of our specific needs. The first day we met, Dawn had numerous properties lined up for us with all of the information about the listings provided as we drove to review each property. She saved the best listing for last which checked all of our boxes and we decided to take another look later with my brother in-law who is a contractor. We agreed to make an offer on the property. Dawn followed up even though it was after dinnertime which she arranged. She got back to us quickly and told us to our disappointment that they already had an offer. She quickly recommended that we should make a offer for a little bit more and indicate that it was a cash offer. We did so and she communicated this to the home owner late at night. We were getting ready to go to bed at around 11:00 pm when Dawn texted us and asked if we were still up. We said yes, she called and told us that the owner had accepted our offer! We were ecstatic. We had found the place we were looking for and got in just 1 day here. Dawn was so helpful with ferrying us through the rest of the process and was at our closing. Her level of care and concern to help us was truly moving., We HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to be your real estate agent.
