Dawn helped the reviewer buy this property

Professional and responsive.

It was a delight to work with Dawn, she was professional and always responded in a timely manner. When we first contacted her she was on vacation but provided us with comparable properties within the same day. We were out of town so she went to the property and filmed a video tour for us. This helped us to get a good picture of the property from a distance. Dawn was very thorough at every step for the purchase process; always communicating information in a timely. A delight to work with.
