We moved to Arizona from central Ohio in May 2026. I became familiar with Dawn through her YouTube channel when I was researching central Arizona a few years ago. Her channel is how we found out about the Verde Valley. I contacted Dawn earlier this year and she was very prompt in her responses and a wealth of knowledge about the area. She sent us MLS listings regularly that matched our criteria for a home. She showed us 10 - 12 homes before we decided on the one.
