Dawn went out of her way to video tape a walk through on approximately 7 houses for us. She then took me to the 4 houses I was interested in looking at. She answered all the questions I had and for those she didn't was able to get that info the next day. Dawn was terrific throughout our house purchase process. She was willing to show us homes in several towns, driving many miles since we were not local. She never pressured us to purchase, encouraging us to make sure we found the home we wanted. It was AFTER the purchase, however, that Dawn really made a difference for us. We knew the AC on the home we purchased was old and would likely not last long, but it actually died weeks after we took ownership of the house--of course in the middle of a record heat-breaking summer! Dawn had ensured that the sellers provide a Home Warranty, so we filed a claim, only to get the run-around for weeks! We reached out to Dawn during week 5 of sweltering heat and she emailed contacts at the Home Warranty stating she was horrified to learn of our plight. It was only after this email that we received calls from the warranty company escalating our claim and getting a contractor scheduled. Dawn had no hesitation in acting on our behalf, even though her work as our agent was long over. This illustrates the dedication and personal attention that Dawn provides in her services.

I found Dawn via her YouTube videos. While searching for property in Camp Verde, one of her videos appeared in the search engine. I watched and became impressed with her honesty about the area. I called her and advised her I wanted to look at a home in Camp Verde. That was the first time I met Dawn. I liked her immediately. It was a delight to work with Dawn, she was professional and always responded in a timely manner. When we first contacted her she was on vacation but provided us with comparable properties within the same day. We were out of town so she went to the property and filmed a video tour for us. I found Dawn via her great YouTube channel "Living in Northern Arizona," and worked with her to sell my west Sedona property after I decided to wait move there. Dawn is a true professional who really knows all of Arizona, but especially Sedona and other northern AZ communities. When things didnt go as planned with the sellers, Dawn jumped in and worked with the other agent to make sure we were taken care of. I dont know that we would have gone through with the purchase if she wasnt there taking care of us.
