Dawn was a great sales partner. After interviewing three other realtors I met with Dawn and knew after touring my house and sitting with her that I wanted her listing the home. She brought printouts of comp sales, comparisons of the homes to mine and had toured several similar homes on the market near mine. She was honest and in my mind realistic in the target listing price and accepted my preset minimum. I appreciated this as it clearly defined the operating range. She was positive, informative and never left me wondering what was going on. Her photographer was effective and they both worked around my occasional dog being present.
