It took us a couple months and quite a few houses, all over the place to find the right fit. Dawn was very patient about it and was always willing to meet us anytime/anywhere. We did not really know what we were looking for in a home and she knew exactly how to help us. We were also very new to buying a home and she pointed out things we should look out for. I am honestly sad to no longer need her around.I would recommend anyone who wants a good experience to use Dawn Davis.

Dawn Davis is the best there is. It took us longer to get settled into our new home than it did for Dawn to find us one. When we told her our circumstances and that we planned to be aggressive with the search, she was even faster than us at finding listings, she even managed to get our offer...accepted in the aggressive June market with all of our contingencies intact. She was always available to answer a text and always had a great attitude. Buying your first home is stressful, I appreciated that she made us feel at ease, she even made signing a bunch of boring documents on closing day feel fun!
