She went the extra mile assisting us in staging the condo, getting the needed HOA documents for the closing - which was a challenge. Dawn called us 3 yrs ago at our home in Indiana, on a cold rainy day. From the get-go Dawn was very friendly and we were able to chat that day about what we Thought we wanted. Neither one of us thought this would be a 3 yr. experience! Dawn led us thru apts., Condos, Houses on canals in Punta Gorda! That was the first year for 2 months! Second year we came down for 2 months and it was like poker! We looked bid on a a few houses, did finally got a villa and put our money down. That next day we cancelled that villa! She was so nice, got our money back, and started looking for another place for us! We finally found a house, went thru the whole process again, got loan approval, and told the seller we could wait until Sept. 2022 to close! On our closing date, Sept 28, 2022 the hurricane hit, and although very little damage to the house, our insurance would not let us buy. Again Dawn was out looking for us! This year, 2023, we came down and she had set up a few houses to go thru. And much to all 3 of us, the first house we walked thru we bought! Dawn had been so patient, and we never thought it would take 3 yrs. to buy a house, but Dawn just kept on going. She stayed with us all those years! We can't thank her enough for her experience of knowing the different areas( Bonita, Estero, Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda) ! And leading us to our new home! She also helped contact the right people for our loan, and all the people that did the inspections. Thank you Dawn!

Dawn’s main concern has always been to make us happy instead of just “making the sale”. Over the last few months she visited several homes that we were interested in purchasing. Since we were not on location Dawn visited the homes on our behalf and send us videos describing the home and location. She is a very knowledgeable agent and extremely helpful. We can’t say enough about her.

We appreciated her suggested of getting a home inspection - as this revealed repairs that were needed for the home - and led to a lower purchase price. Dawn is hands down the best! Where to begin.. we by luck met Dawn and instantly hit it off, she understood clearly what my husband and I were searching for, upon our showings she started learning more and more what we liked and disliked and critiqued our list down to exactly what we were looking for so time wouldn’t be wasted. She made the process of something that can be so stressful, so easy! My biggest compliment is that Dawn NEVER gave up on us, we had curve balls and a baby due and it took us 2 years of searching but Dawn never stopped searching for the perfect home for us! She honestly went over and beyond, she helped us find a home inspection companies, recommended a mortgage company and provided us with clear directions on the process of buying a home.
