From the very beginning we had a wonderful rapport with Dawn. She was enthusiastic and extremely pleasant to work with. We never felt any pressure. She showed us many homes in many different areas. She was willing to show properties remotely whenever we weren’t in the area. She offered good advice when asked and was extremely knowledgeable about the buying of a home. She was always a professional but made you feel like a friend. We would definitely recommend Dawn to any of our friends if they were buying/selling a home!

Dawn called us 3 yrs ago at our home in Indiana, on a cold rainy day. From the get-go Dawn was very friendly and we were able to chat that day about what we Thought we wanted. Neither one of us thought this would be a 3 yr. experience! Dawn led us thru apts., Condos, Houses on canals in Punta Gorda! That was the first year for 2 months! Second year we came down for 2 months and it was like poker! We looked bid on a a few houses, did finally got a villa and put our money down. That next day we cancelled that villa! She was so nice, got our money back, and started looking for another place for us! We finally found a house, went thru the whole process again, got loan approval, and told the seller we could wait until Sept. 2022 to close! On our closing date, Sept 28, 2022 the hurricane hit, and although very little damage to the house, our insurance would not let us buy. Again Dawn was out looking for us! This year, 2023, we came down and she had set up a few houses to go thru. And much to all 3 of us, the first house we walked thru we bought! Dawn had been so patient, and we never thought it would take 3 yrs. to buy a house, but Dawn just kept on going. She stayed with us all those years! We can't thank her enough for her experience of knowing the different areas( Bonita, Estero, Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda) ! And leading us to our new home! She also helped contact the right people for our loan, and all the people that did the inspections. Thank you Dawn!
