Dawn Conard

Purchasing a home in Florida while living in Chicago could have been overwhelming, but our Dawn made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Throughout our eight-month journey, she was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond for us. Thanks to her hard work and support, we found the perfect Florida home for our family. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly the best!

I met Dawn as a referral. She was very instrumental in finding a great home in Fort Myers. She is kind, patient and very thorough. She paid attention to all my wants and needs in acquiring my dream home and saw it through from showing to closing and beyond! A great experience with Dawn!

Working with Dawn was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. It took us almost 3 years and over 60 house visits to find our "perfect home". Through it all Dawn went above and beyond making what could have been a stressful process feel very comfortable. Dawn's knowledge of the market, her open and honest feedback, patience and responsiveness were invaluable and we knew she always had our best interests in mind. She always made us feel like a priority and that gave us complete confidence in her throughout our entire journey. What stood out was how genuinely dedicated Dawn was to making sure we found exactly what we wanted, Aside from this, Dawn is professional, kind, personable and truly passionate in her work. We are thrilled with the outcome and so grateful for Dawn's part in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - you will be in excellent hands! We not only found a great agent, but hopefully a friend for years to come.

We had an excellent experience working with Dawn. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, and they were always on top of everything throughout the entire process. We were relocating from Chicago to Florida and handling everything simultaneously, which felt overwhelming at times, but she made it so much smoother and less stressful. I honestly don’t think we could’ve asked for a better agent. Their support, responsiveness, and attention to detail made all the difference, and we’re so grateful for their help in getting us to Florida successfully.

My husband and I live in Chicago and were looking for a condo in Ft Myers Beach for over two years. We needed someone who would be in full control of our condo search/needs due to the fact that we are out of state. Dawn was everything we wanted in a realtor and more! Her knowledge in real estate is extraordinary and thorough follow-ups on sending properties as well as offering to do face-time walkthroughs was much appreciated. Beside her great personality, the professionalism she portrayed made what can be a stressful time very manageable from being 1300 miles away. We highly recommend Dawn!

Dawn is an Amazing realtor… She helped us with our rental when we first moved to Fort Myers. She patiently guided our home search. Showed us various areas and options… Helped us explore the building option and looking for lots, builders, and financing… During the search we continued to look at existing g homes and Dawn found us the perfect home already built and ready for move in…. We have been in the house a month and we Love It! Dawn’s journey with us has been long and challenging!! She guided our search and found our dream home!! Thanks Dawn
