Dawn is THE BEST at what she does! We have dealt with other agents in other states as we narrowed down our home search and none even came close to the energy and enthusiasm Dawn displayed. We had features we wanted in the home and she never forgot a single detail. We got daily updates on available places and she was very responsive to inquiries about further information. Since we lived 800 miles away, she was always willing to preview any property that looked appealing. She was also blunt about negatives on various neighborhoods. We were glad she lives close by and knows the county very well. We loved her very positive attitude that we WOULD find the home that fit our desires. It took some time, but with Dawn's expert assistance, she found a listing that was about to come on the market. It fit 99% of the features we wanted. She immediately did a video tour and gathered more details about the home. Dawn also negotiated a good deal on the price. As a result, we are now living in a GREAT place and are 100% satisfied!!
