Dawn is THE BEST at what she does! We have dealt with other agents in other states as we narrowed down our home search and none even came close to the energy and enthusiasm Dawn displayed. We had features we wanted in the home and she never forgot a single detail. We got daily updates on available places and she was very responsive to inquiries about further information. Since we lived 800 miles away, she was always willing to preview any property that looked appealing. She was also blunt about negatives on various neighborhoods.
