After a very bad experience with a realtor - I was considering going ‘For Sale By Owner’, but one agent continued to check in - only one agent was concerned with ‘my ‘experience’ and not my ‘listing’. That agent helped me with contractors, cleaning crews AND get $20k over our asking price! That agent is Dawn Capehart and I can’t imagine getting more - or - recommending anyone more! Just FANTASTIC!
My wife and I received a post card via the mail, it was from Dawn Capehart. It was probably a routine notification of a unit that she sold in the same condominium complex in which we owned a unit. Over the years we had received several post cards from various agencies, but we were not ready to sell. When we finally called Dawn, we were impressed by her interest in us and yet she was not overly aggressive. She certainly knew our condominium complex and understood what the market for units could be. Dawn even recommended increasing the asking price, which we did. Dawn’s communication skills are excellent! All our contacts with her were long distance, she is in Florida, and we are in Connecticut, but she made us feel as if we knew her. She also knows how to listen. Dawn was very patient with us, she understood this was our first experience selling a home and she was able to answer all our questions. As stated, we had never dealt with any real estate agent prior to Dawn’s post card. So, we really can’t compare her with other agents. But we also realize that her skills and experience are exemplary. We could not have selected anyone better.
Dawn goes out of her way to make sure the client is happy & gets what they want. She does things that other agents do not do even after the closing. She works with every client like they are a multiple buyer and wants their continued business.
Working with Dawn was such an amazing experience. She worked extremely hard and showed nothing but sheer excellence executing my sale. I’m looking forward to work with Dawn again.

Dawn Capehart is an amazing person and professional realtor to work with. We interviewed several agents as selling our home quickly and at the highest return was our chief concerns. Dawn, to us, seemed to be in touch with the local market as well as outlying markets and stood above the those we interviewed. The social media presence is excellent, the pictures and video walk through was amazing and our house had offers within 24 hours and were under contract 5 days and closed before the end of the same month.
