We recently purchased a home on Merritt Island. We first met Dawn and were working on purchasing a home in the first quarter of 2020. Of course, then the Covid pandemic hits and our search was heavily delayed. This was an overseas move for my husband and I-Dawn kept in touch and we purchased our house via what's app tours with Dawn in late 2021. Dawn helped us with everything, even putting packages inside the house when we were still overseas. This is the best home ever. Dawn showed us the area via what's app live video while driving around the neighborhood(safely of course), answered all our questions and then some. The seller was very antsy about the transfer date as we had a VA loan-all approved of course but a lot of paperwork so it made it to the title company a little later than expected. Dawn kept the seller under control for us, so we did not stress. We could never repay Dawn for how much she has helped my husband and I and cannot express how happy we are with our move with Dawn.
