For the sale of our home, she was very thorough in her approach and truly guided us through the entire process up to and including explaining the famous "broom clean" quote! Everything was thoroughly documented and explained clearly. For the purchase of our current home, she explained the importance of doing our homework and providing properties that helped us narrow down our choices of size, location/communities and style of home. Taking notes from that she found the perfect home for us the day it became listed. And she helped us navigate the process of determining how much to bid.
