Dawn was originally my husband client and that’s when we realized that she was a realtor. We decided that she would help us with house hunting. She communicated with us very step of the way and explained every thing with the most detailed and understanding way. Omar and I are very happy with how she treated us and our three kids. We happened to meet Dawn Billow by chance. We were out looking at homes and stopped at an open house that Dawn was hosting. We ended up talking with her for some time and were impressed with her. She asked us to be able to interview to be our realtor. We had a house to sell and looking for a home to buy. We went with Dawn as our realtor and she went the extra mile, put in a lot of time and effort in selling our home. Once it was under contract, after three days, we hit some snags and Dawn took care of them. Dawn is very driven and she really enjoys her job.
