My husband and I spent a few days with Dawn looking for a home in the area north of Atlanta. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods and showed us EXACTLY the kind of places we wanted to see (we're very picky). She took great care to understand our needs and she knew the specific things to look for, didn't waste our time showing properties that didn't fit our specific tastes. Very personable, real cool person. I really enjoyed going to look at the properties with her. My kind of person to hang out with, also! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially if you are active, enjoy the outdoors, and like to have fun in the sun. She knows about lakes and bike paths and parks and more.

Hire her and don't look back. Good honest opinions about homes and neighborhoods. Lets put it this way...the day AFTER closing she went to my house and cleaned the gutters/roof because I was out of town and unable to correct this problem that needed to be immediately addressed. I did not ask her to do this, she just did it. She even offered to pick up my mail every day for a month while I waited for repairs to be finished before moving in. How many friends do you know would do these things?

Five star ratings are...over rated. But, Dawn has earned them. She is knowledgeable, pro-active, results oriented and funny. the latter is important if you are going to spend all day looking at houses. Dawn has saved me a great deal of time and money by excluding unsuitable properties and catching details that I would have missed. If you are interested in investment properties, Dawn's own experience is invaluable. My only caution is that Dawn is a tri-athlete: you'd better be ready to keep up with her. :)
