She helped with ALL of this, more than she needed to, and knew the best companies to call so I could do everything needed. She was considerate of my renter when showing the house as well. The house sold much faster and for a much higher price than I expected! I highly recommend her.

A great listing with the impressive 3D Matterport camera tour, an open house on the day of listing and the house was under contract for essentially the asking price the next day. We closed 30 days later. Dawn went the extra mile in assisting us in every way possible. Can't say enough about how much effort she put into the listing and sale of our home. My husband and I spent a few days with Dawn looking for a home in the area north of Atlanta. Dawn was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, and she was always well-prepared with the listings she wanted to show us each day. We were considering relocating from another state, and she not only gave us advice about buying a home in the Atlanta area, she also gave us excellent advice to help us sell our current home. We ended up not relocating, so we did not have a full "transactional" experience with Dawn where she would have guided us through the offer, contract negotiations, and entire purchase process, but I have no doubt that she would have been a sharp, savvy, and skilled agent throughout that process. In addition to her expertise, Dawn was a delight to be with! She is very personable, and we had a lot in common with her. Dawn was absolutely the best real estate professional I've ever worked with. I'd use her again in a heartbeat. Anytime a snag appeared, she would find a solution. She went above and beyond her duties for us when a problem occurred shortly after closing, and I was traveling internationally. She got the problem solved before I returned. She kept the process going regardless of whether I was here or on the other side of the planet. No other agent I've worked with (and this was my seventh real estate transaction) has ever come close to Dawns responsiveness or professionalism. I'm grateful I found her.
