Davis was recommended by a friend, though I had planned to use someone else to list my dad's house. I'm glad I didn't use someone else! Davis impressed me from the start and never disappointed! He was really helpful throughout the process, and always available when I needed him. It was a really stressful time for me, and Davis went above and beyond to ease that stress, even helping me sell some things from my dad's home. He was aggressive when he needed to be, and we ended up selling the home for more than the asking BEFORE it ever went to the Multiple! It was a pleasure working with him, and I would do it again!

As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns about the process. Davis was incredibly responsive and put everything in simple terms for me. Every request I had was responded to nearly instantly. I had to go back and forth with the seller on a few issues. He acted as liaison and was able to get some concessions I asked for. This was all new to me and he walked me through all the contingency periods with guidance on what to expect through each. He referred me to contractors that I used for some things I needed to take care of and also referred me to some potential roommates. It seems like he went far above and beyond what most realtors would do for their clients. Basically he put my mind at ease through everything, answered everything I needed, and put it all in perspective for me; where something as daunting as a first time home purchase might be it wasn't overwhelming at all.

Going into the home buying process as a first time homebuyer was daunting to say the least. However Davis is the epitome of professional. He was able to simplify the process and put all pertinent information into layman's terms. Everyone's situation is different and I was apprehensive as to my ability to obtain my dream home. My husband and I found our dream home at an open house hosted by Davis. He was so knowledgeable and helpful that we used him as our agent to buy the house. Every step of the way he represented our interests and was extremely responsive to our every whim (and we had a lot of whims!). Given some insane scheduling difficulties, we needed a faster close. Davis wrangled all of the relevant parties (loan, title, escrow) like a Jedi master. Against all odds, we signed our loan docs at 7 am and by 2 pm that same day we were taking a selfie with Davis while holding our keys. The use of the Help-U-Sell truck was icing on the cake! Seriously, a great experience and a great guy.
