10/10 I would recommend working with Davis when looking for your new home! As first time home buyers, it was very important to have someone who was knowledgable, friendly, resourceful, and communicative. Davis is very active on Social Media and is great at updating all his followers and clients on properties across Ventura and LA County, something I saw as a major bonus for a realtor. Davis was always there for us when we had any questions and very quick to pick up the phone when we called. Davis's Real Estate network has definitely paid off. He was able to call his connections and get us into a house during these crazy "Covid-19" times. He was more than happy to show us any property we wanted to see, no matter the day of the week. Davis would send us weekly emails with houses customized to our liking. He also sent out 500+ handwritten notes to our desired neighborhood, which ended up working for our favor and got us the house of our dreams! This man goes the extra step for his clients! Once we got into the escrow stage, he also helped us get out of our current lease. We could not have been more pleased with Davis and his expertise on landing our first amazing home in Westlake Village.
