Highly responsive
David has a good awareness of what the market is doing. He is able to find out what you need to know in a timely manner. In a day and age where everyone passes the puck to the next guy Dave takes the puck down the ice and scores! He always responds in a timely manner. I would recommend working with Dave whether buying or selling.
