Was recommended from homes for heroes. Immediately noticed how genuine he was and willing to help. I am a paramedic working in the epicenter of the covid 19 pandemic. David help make an extremely stressful event as easy as it could have been in the given situation. I was unable to go see any houses due to the distance but it was not an issue for David. He was on top of showing me houses and always acting in my best interest. He was always available and was in constant communication. There was never delay when something needed to be done and exceeded my expectations in everyway. David was newer to the Orlando area but if there was something he didn't know about an area, (which was very little) he would spend an extensive amount of time scouting and interviewing others to gain the knowledge he needed.
