Due to the market being so crazy during this time, it was a lot of looking and offering and getting denied. But David kept insisting we would find something and we finally did. He gave me great advise on how to make our contract stand out amongst the others, explained everything in detail as I was a first time home buyer, and had my back throughout the process.
