When the offers came in he talked me through each of them answering my questions but not pressuring me. When I went under contract he made the whole process really easy. David is professional and thorough, and his support team is excellent too. David recommended doing a home inspection before listing the house, which contributed to its quick sale(at the first open house). But I am most indebted to him for setting the asking price higher that the other realtors I interviewed. This is a testimony to his knowledge of the local market.
